Frank Perkins ARCM FRSA - Portrait & Equestrian Artist

Frank Perkins ARCM FRSA studied fine art under Sir Lawrence Gowing and A. I. Prokofiev in the 1970's. Influenced by the premier coup alla prima technique of John Singer Sargent, Frank began his career in portraiture in 1983 and now works as a professional portrait artist. His commissions come from leading companies and clients throughout the UK and Europe.

Specialising in oil portraits and charcoal or pencil portraiture, his passion is to enoble the sitter, reflecting their likeness and personality, capturing those special elements that truly convey the uniqueness of the sitter.

He now lives and works in the Lake District in the North of England.
